We are parent advocates, classical learners and we partner with families at several different levels. Elite is for the parents and guardians who lack time, money, capacity or any other ability to fully commit to homeschooling their children. There are several options that most people might not even know exist, but we want to educate you about all of the available resources!

Who We Are
Elite Performance Prep Academy was founded in Las Vegas, Nevada by CEO, Tasha Skipps. Skipps’ goal was to provide a unique and elite academic experience that bridged the gap between education and leadership training for the younger generation.
Our student body consists of 70+ students across 10 different states. We are currently operating with one in-person learning center in Las Vegas, NV, six cohorts with in-person instruction and virtual classes for those across the country tuning in. We’ve recently enrolled a couple international students in France and Samoa, and we look forward to brining Elite worldwide. By the end of the year, we will have 3 more learning centers across the US with a plan to plant more in 2024.
Whether in the classroom or in extracurricular activities, we are committed to helping students achieve their full potential while becoming lifelong learners.

Our mission is to provide a rigorous and innovative education that prepares students for the challenges of the future, while also fostering a sense of curiosity and a lifelong love of learning.

We also recognize the importance of entrepreneurship in today’s economy, so we provide opportunities for students to develop their creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

What We Do
At Elite Performance Prep Academy, we are dedicated to providing students with an engaging academic program that prepares them for success in life. Our programs are designed to challenge students and empower them to lead in multiple capacities.
Our stellar academic coaches are trained to accentuate strengths and facilitate a student-led, conversation driven, learning environment. We understand that entrepreneurship requires a high level of problem solving and critical thinking, so we create a space that allows students to step into an elite role at a young age. Our students are encouraged to teach part of the lessons, and direct discussions, so they are able to practice public speaking.
Curriculum
At Elite Performance Prep Academy, we offer a carefully designed, comprehensive curriculum that emphasizes student-led academic exploration, critical thinking, and personalized learning. Our curriculum is designed to meet the needs of diverse learners while providing a strong foundation for college and career readiness. We aim to provide a balanced and comprehensive educational experience that prepares our students for success in entrepreneurship, career pathways, and as responsible global citizens.
For specific details about the curriculum at Elite Performance Prep Academy, please schedule an appointment to speak directly to one of our academic coaches. We currently use a wide variety of resources including but not limited to Studies Weekly, iReady, Common Lit, Zearn, Khan Academy, as well as several resources that have been vetted by our certified teachers. In addition, parents have the option of requesting their own curriculum for their child as well!
MEET THE FOUNDERS
TASHA SU'A
Owner, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Tasha Su’a-Skipps, a proud mother of 8, is a dynamic and influential individual who has made a lasting impact on education. After studying communications at Brigham Young University, and later transferring to Arizona State University for Educational Studies, she dedicated over 7 years to working with troubled youth.
Transitioning to higher education, she worked in the college admissions sector for several years before becoming the Director of Student Services. In 2019, tired and frustrated, Tasha left her job and embraced homeschooling her own children and other elite student-athletes.
She relocated to Las Vegas in 2020 and began assisting homeschooling families. Tasha’s reach with Elite Performance has expanded now to multiple states, several live instruction and sports-specific sites, online cohorts (with a few international students) and plans for additional locations to fill a desperate need.
Tasha and her team empower students and families on their educational journey as she moves to inspire and help children reach their full potential in all aspects of their lives.
MEET THE FOUNDERS
SETEMA GALI JR
Co-Owner, Director of “Strong and Courageous Youth Development Program”
Setema Gali is a global keynote speaker, trainer, best-selling author, NFL Super Bowl Champion, and Results Coach. He teaches his clients to create real, radical, and even “impossible” results across all 4 domains of life: Physical, Spiritual, Relational, and Financial. Setema is a former NFL football player who was blessed to be a part of the 2002 New England Patriots team and their victory in Super Bowl XXXVI. He has coached over 150 week long “immersion” events – sitting face-to-face with men and women from across the world, coaching and leading them to truly rise to fulfill their greatest calling. On top of being a well-revered public figure, he holds one-on-one coaching, hosts a public speaking boot camp, runs an elite mastermind group, and leverages the power of social media to further promote his word. Outside of business, Setema gives back to his community by working with the youth – whether that be through coaching sports, speaking at church camps, or volunteering to work with local school programs. He is passionate about providing quality education to not only his city but to his own sons and, soon, the nation.
Linda Willits
MEET THE OWNER
Owner of Elite Performance Sports Academy - Lehi, UT
Linda Willits is a dedicated wife, mother, coach, and lifelong
advocate for youth development. She has been married to her husband, Joe Willits, for 21 years, and together they are raising four amazing children, ranging from college age to 6th grade.
Born and raised in San Leandro, California, Linda grew up in a vibrant home with her parents, Tauveve and Charleen Fanene, and seven
siblings. She was deeply involved in sports throughout her youth,
playing both volleyball and basketball during high school before
continuing her volleyball career at the collegiate level.
With a heart for service and a calling to teach, Linda served an
18-month mission in Panama where she learned the value of loving and serving others unconditionally. Upon returning home, she met Joe—whom she had known of growing up through their shared religious community and family ties—and they were married within a year.
For over two decades, Linda has followed her passion for coaching and mentoring youth. She has held numerous leadership roles within her church and has coached volleyball at every level—from elementary to high school. Coaching is more than just a sport for Linda; it’s a way to empower young people, helping them build confidence, discover their strengths, and learn how to lead.
In 2021, Linda and her family moved to Utah—a life-changing decision
that opened the door for a new chapter. Founding Elite Performance Prep Academy in Lehi, UT was a natural extension of her life’s
mission. Through the academy, Linda is committed to helping youth
become their best selves, develop their passions, and grow into
resilient, confident leaders both on and off the court.
Meet The Staff
Fitness and Performance coach
Kenny Hall
Coach Kenny Hall has been a fitness and performance coach since 2011. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Clinical Physiology at Central Washington University as well as a minor in Athletic Training. Kenny also has certifications from Athletes Accelerate and the National Sports Performance Association as a Certified Speed and Agility Coach and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Kenny, his wife Elizabeth, and his 7-year-old girl named Adilynn moved to Lehi Utah at the end of 2022 from Washington State to pursue their dream of owning a performance training gym. So far, they have helped over 100 athletes become faster and stronger. Elizabeth is a kindergarten teacher at Harvest Elementary as that’s where their daughter goes to school as well.
They are happy and grateful for this partnership with Elite Performance Prep Academy to further their dream of making a lasting impact on today’s youth!

Erica Mahan
Erica Mahan, a California native, is a seasoned professional in higher education administration and regulatory compliance with over two decades of experience. She has excelled in various capacities, including curriculum development, regulatory affairs management, and adult education, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to academic excellence and continuous institutional improvement. Her passion for fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and student success is evident in her work designing curriculum content, managing compliance documentation, and supporting e-learning initiatives. In addition to her corporate roles, Erica runs her own consulting firm, working with institutions across the US. Erica’s educational background includes an MBA, and a Bachelor of Science in Higher Education Management. She is currently working on an Ed.D. in Leadership. As a mother to seven, and grandma to one, she finds precious quiet time with her husband traveling and hanging out at the beach.

Breezie Tupola
Breezie Tupola, born and raised in Utah, brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role at Elite Performance Prep Academy. Her journey began with a love for education from a young age, tutoring children and adapting teaching methods to fit their unique learning styles. Alongside her academic pursuits, Breezie excelled in basketball and earned scholarships to play at the collegiate level. As a former college athlete and childcare teacher, Breezie values personal development and nurturing young minds. Now, as part of the Elite team, she is passionate about combining education and athletics to make a difference in children’s lives. Joining Elite Prep was a natural choice for Breezie, aligning perfectly with her commitment to fostering growth and development in children. Breezie enjoys reading and spending quality time with her loved ones in her spare time, emphasizing the importance of family and community. Her dedication to making a difference at Elite Performance Prep Academy reflects her rich background and unwavering commitment to student success.

Sawyer Simmons
Sawyer Simmons has recently been planted in North Dakota following her loving and selfless husband who serves our country. With all the traveling, Sawyer is extremely grateful for the opportunity to keep helping children throughout the country virtually. She has a passion for working with young minds and seeing the world through their eyes. She has a dual bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Special Education along with a master’s degree in Exceptional Student Education. She has applied her skills and knowledge through working in an Autism Center, special education classroom, and now with Elite Performance Prep Academy. She enjoys embracing each child’s unique learning styles and will strive to adapt her teaching to meet the individual needs. Child advocacy is at the forefront of her priorities and she encourages children to find and use their voice to speak up and be heard. Building the confidence to speak up begins with building that trust in our learning environment. Coach Sawyer cultivates a friendly, encouraging and supportive environment that inspires growth educationally, emotionally and mentally that the children can apply in a multitude of areas in their lives. “Kindness is a language that the deaf can hear and the blind can see.”

Toni Brummet
Toni Brummet is a dedicated, proud mother of a little guy and passionate educator who believes all children can excel. Born and raised in Kentucky, she holds a Masters Degree in Leadership and Curriculum Development from Western Kentucky University. With 15 years of teaching experience in both public and private school sectors, she champions student-centered learning with active engagement at its core. During her time at WKU she was mentored by some of the best in education and helped in her fostering her desire for creating lifelong learning for all she encounters! Toni has taught in the Florida Panhandle and Kentucky throughout her career before joining Elite Performance Academy. Toni has dedicated her career to student centered learning through engagement and igniting the student fire for their learning path. Toni loves to be outside with her son while hiking and anything on water! She is committed to empowering students, educators, and families to find their passion and helping them thrive.
Academic Coach CONSULTANT (9-12)
David Kelly
David Kelly is a dynamic educator with extensive experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students in public and private education, both in the U.S. and internationally. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from West Virginia University and a master’s degree in education and school counseling from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. David has over 23 years of experience serving diverse students and families as a school counselor, college admissions specialist, and school administrator. In South Florida, he played a key role in establishing a premier early college dual-enrollment high school, creating accelerated pathways for motivated students to earn their bachelor's degrees early. He spent over 10 years in international schools in Brazil and Venezuela as a middle and high school counselor and college admissions specialist. During this time, he also founded an overseas educational consulting company that supports international students with pre-college programs and college admissions abroad. David’s diverse background as a school counselor has shaped his belief in highly personalized, student-centered approaches. He is committed to creating caring and supportive partnerships and environments for students and families, which he sees as essential to helping students develop a love for lifelong learning, interpersonal competence, well-being, and the confidence to pursue their educational, career, and life goals. David and his wife, Shawnel, reside in Destin, Florida.

Sam is the CEO and Founder of multiple 7 to 8-figure businesses and a full-time investor. Throughout his career, he has raised over $1B in public and $20M in private capital. He has led $2B in international development and redevelopment projects. He was part of the small team awarded the Samuel J. Heyman Service to America Medal in 2014. His companies currently operate $60M+ in active real estate projects. Sam is a retired Air Force officer who lives in Texas with his wife and children. Rachelle Rutherford is the CEO of Kids on the Move (KOTM), a multimillion-dollar non-profit serving children with delays and disabilities. With a lifelong love of education, she has earned dual undergraduate degrees in business management and finance and a master’s degree in business administration. She is a speaker, Forbes author of
Chasing The Impossible, co-host of the Purpose Powered Podcast, entrepreneur, and life and business strategist with over 20 years of executive leadership experience in many diverse industries: commercial real estate, education, genealogy, information technology, and telecommunications. Ryan Erickson
Ryan Erickson has a diverse background. Prior to joining Kids on the Move (KOTM) as the COO, he spent more than twenty years in executive leadership roles within medical, technical consulting, and information technology industries. He has served as the CEO, COO, CTO, and other technical positions throughout his career. He founded two successful professional services/customer support companies. Ryan has consulted with several companies to help them with operations, professional services, customer success, customer support, and sales for their organizations. He is a business coach and CEO mentor, thought leader and innovator, Keynote Speaker, co-host of the Purpose Powered Podcast, and serves on several boards. Ryan founded and operates The Startup Revolution that helps entrepreneurs and CEO’s take their ideas to reality.
